		<description>If you do not have access to mains drainage and have your own private sewage treatment plant or septic tank, you are not ALLOWED under section H2 of the Building Regulations, to mix surface water and foul water at all.  The sewage pipes must be totally seperate and this has been the case since 1948.
Why then, is there one rule for private installations and another for the Water Companies?</description>
