   Barrage? NO! NO! We do not need a Berlin Wall built across the Severn Sea. Total waste of money destroy wonderful seascape. Who are these blind fools in the Welsh Government? Poor people must pay inflated electricity prices to keep Hain and his cronies in the money.
   Totally useless source of energy it is not continuous therefore is of no use. Lagoons and generators floating in the sea offer potential this is a nonsense.
